  Went here last night with some friends and found it to be a fun and unique experience. The guys behind the counter prepare your ice cream like an artist builds a sculpture, so patience is rewarded. They have a process where they freeze the ice cream on a tray while mixing in your requested ingredients. Everything is fresh and the outcome was a delicious concoction of ice cream, fruit and syrup in a large cup in which the ice cream looks like sushi rolls. Very creative and fun atmosphere, a must stop if your coming through Surf City. A little hard to find on the side of the building.
